By using the epicgroup.org web site, a service of Epic Technology Group, LLC. ("EpicGroup"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").
1. Basic Terms
- You must be 13 years and older to use this site.
- You may not use the epicgroup.org service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
- You must not modify, adapt or hack epicgroup.org or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with epicgroup.org.
2. My Epic Group Terms
In addition to the above listed "Basic Terms", users of our My Epic Group service also agree to the following:- You must provide accurate and authorized billing information, if such information is required for your service level.
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You may not use the My Epic Group service for anyone other then yourself. Shared accounts are not allowed.
- You may not monitor more urls then what is deemed common and non-excessive. Any user, which causes disruption of service, or negatively impacts server performance, will not be allowed to continue using our services.
- We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user at any time for any reason we deem appropriate. If a refund is due on the account a refund will be issued within 72 hours.
3. General Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the epicgroup.org service for any reason, without notice at any time.
- We reserve the right to alter this Terms of Service at any time and without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
